CKC Stories #8 of 100
This car was purchased in Vancouver in 1979 while I was still in high school. It is one of 652 and is a GM Canada documented car built in Oshawa, Ontario on May 11, 1966 and shipped to Brett’s Chevrolet in Abbotsford BC.
Restoration was done in 1980/81 while I was attending university and the car was repainted the original “Lemonwood Yellow” colour at that time. The 383 motor was custom-done by JDS Richmond Engines in BC. Today the car is enjoyed and driven to as many regional shows and events as the schedule and wallet will allow.
